One of the things that I would change if I had the power to do it is reducing the poverty that strikes our country so much. This could be the start of a new beginning for Peru which urgently needs to get out of this critical situation. However, in order to accomplish this objective, it is necessary that all the people cooperate.

Poverty has always been a hard problem to deal with since the richest want to have more and more, while the poor have to keep living in the worst living conditions. Poverty is the main cause why most people commit several felonies, go abroad in order to look for a better life and the unemployment rate keeps rising.

First of all, if I were the president of Peru, I would reduce my salary and congressmen’s because that big amount of money would be allocated to the whole people. Besides that, I would impose high taxes on international companies which come to work in Peru. Furthermore, it will for me a big responsibility to exploit our natural resources in a reasonable way.

Secondly, it will be essential that my government be associated with honest people who must show real reliability and responsibility. Finally, an important field that the government must be concerned about is the education which starts from children since they must receive a good education so that they can rule our country when they become citizens.

In conclusion, our country will thrive as much as we can if only we put into practice our values. Therefore, Peru is likely to become a successful nation if Peruvians hang together in order to make it real.

very time I wake up in the morning, I see my body flying like the mosquitoes which I have inside my room. Now I’m ready to get out of the place I have been for many years and now I try to find my new way which is so far away from here. The place I have been dreaming of seems to be a landscape covered with wonderful green areas and the beautiful doves with red and yellow feathers which soar above me. This could be a dream that I can make it come true if I use the power of the mind which is still unknown for us. One of my greatest experiences that I had been going through was what everybody calls out-of-body experiences.

These weird experiences have made me realize and reveal that life involves a round of mysteries which do not give us an answer yet. Scientists state that once we leave this marvelous world, there is not anything that could keep us alive due to the fact that there is no evidence of a possible life as some people affirm.

Something strange, which seems to be a dream, made me feel concerned because it was the first time that I could fly in the air. That night I was trying to sleep, but I felt something weird coming over me. Perhaps, I fell asleep for one or two hours till I got up and found myself in the air. This phenomenon was so real that I can describe every detail. First of all, I felt a strong wind so noisy coming out of my ears and then spreading all over my body. Once I was above my bed, I started to think that a malign spirit was lifting me up and I was so scared since I could know what to do. I was moving my head and all my limbs in order to check if this was a simple dream; however, I could guess that this strong wind was my soul due to the fact that it came back into my body. Next day, the same event occurred but this time I felt that I was above my bed and in my bed. As you can see, these two places mean something which is related to out-of-body experiences. I was astonished to see that my soul was wandering around my room for some moments. I could affirm that this experience had occurred for eight days.

I searched for people who have gone through the same experiences that I had. I found on an international website called sharedtalk.com  a guy coming from Russia who told me that he was able to get out of his body by reading a book of dreams. His experience impressed me a lot since he said that he flew over Moscow and could come through doors and walls easily as a ghost. Now I believe that most things that cannot be possible for us can then become real once we experience.

it has been so controversial if women should be given the option of having an abortion   . According to the last poll carried out in december of 2008, 48% of people think that women have the right to choose whether they want to do it or not. However, 52% consider that women who have an abortion should be thrown into jail since they do not respect child's life. There have been a lot of of points of view about what should be done if a woman is raped, or when she knows  the baby will be born with genetic problems. So we will see what we can do in order to cope with this issue.

Many teenagers, who are not prepared yet to raise a baby, are victims of rape; therefore, they feel miserable and sick of life. Most of them made up thier mind to abort without considering that this living thing is alive and must live. The possible solution to cope with this problem is by taking the babies to  orphanages where they can feel the love, care and attention that they can not get. This step can help children live in a better place so that they will not suffer  later from starvation if they live with parents that can not take on their duties.

A point which i agree with  is when parents know that their children will come to this world to suffer. Some children diagnosed with different diseases which can not be controlled in most cases. Parents, who feel so powerless, take the hard way which leads them to get rid of the child.

In conclusion, we have seen and understood when abortion should be applied. It will depend on our authorities if the increase of this crime rises without a justifiable reason. Therefore, children do not deserve the death unless we are sure that they will suffer if we bring them into the world.
